The room was set up for a business person. Small bathroom with a shower stall. The coffee maker was on the bathroom counter next to the toilet. They had shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash as well as bar soap. The couch is facing the TV with a table in front. The tv only faced the couch, it was set in a weird manner where the person in front of you could block your view. It was very clean but, the carpet smells a little weird. The staff was welcoming in the morning and the breakfast spread was nice.
First time coming to this best western and it was amazing and greatly located to soo many great things nearby! Including the staff: Serenity, Raymond and Lisa were incredibly helpful, knowledgable,accommodating and very hospitable!!! We will definitely be coming to stay here again, my family and I loved it!

The hotel itself was amazing! Awesome pool, clean room, and great breakfast. Destiny was so accommodating and deserves a huge shout out! Totally would have been 5 stars if my truck hadn't been broken into. Not the hotels fault but the police said it's a high burglary area so I'd hope for better security.
BEST hotel experience!!! HUGE thank you to the manager, Addie Campos!!! We came down for several nights to be at my son's basic training graduation. We had booked and stayed at another hotel. Worst experience. We checked out and came to Sure Stay. Expedia had changed our booking dates. We found that out when we arrived at Sure Stay. We had had such a horrible experience before arriving that i started to cry when i found out about wrong booking. Mrs. Campos went way above and beyond to find a solution and got us a room. I will forever be grateful for Mrs. Campos outstanding customer service and compassion. HUGE thank you for changing our entire experience and trip around, Mrs. Campos!!! This will forever be our hotel to stay at when we come to San Antonio.

Rooms were clean and comfortable, just what we needed for a short stop.
My room and bathroom were good sizes. The shower could be upgraded, it looks like mold was there and the water temperature wasn't great. But the staff called the plumber to come check it out.
